What does that mean to you?
CrossFit is not one of the typical workout routines just about all of us have subjected ourselves to at some point. You will not be asked to do the same thing, for the same intervals, in the same order, ever. It will be something different every day and it will always be something in which you can challenge yourself, no matter how many times you’ve done it. You will always have a better time or better rep count to strive for.
CrossFit is not about being better than the person to your left or right, it’s about being better than you were; better than you were last year, last week, or 10 minutes ago. It’s about pushing yourself to the limit, and then pushing yourself past that.
